These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products sold by Plumes des Étoiles through its websites.
Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products
The products sold are digital downloadable content (PDFs, digital stationery, journals, illustrations, vegan recipes, etc.).
Descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
Visuals are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable).
Prices may be modified at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once:
➡️ the cart is validated,
➡️ the Terms are accepted,
➡️ payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (Stripe, PayPal, credit card).
No banking data is stored by Plumes des Étoiles.
7. Delivery of digital products
All products are delivered digitally only.
👉 Files are available for immediate download after payment confirmation.
No physical delivery is provided.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal.
9. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided, except in the case of proven technical failure preventing access.

10. Intellectual property
All digital products are protected by copyright.
They are intended for personal use only.
Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
11. Liability
Plumes des Étoiles shall not be held liable for:

➡️ technical incompatibility,
➡️ temporary website interruptions.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute.
